Food Recipes : Ayam Woku -- This North Sulawesi dish uses a lot of spices. Starting from the leaves of oranges, basil leaves, bay leaves, to the leaves of turmeric. The dish is suitable for spicy fans because the flavor is quite a bite.
Ingredients:
1 Chicken Town, cut into small pieces
5 basil leaf stems
5 orange leaves
1 sheets of young turmeric
4 bay leaves
2 spring onions
1 red tomato
1 teaspoon chicken broth
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp cooking oil for sauteing
400 ml of water
Ground spices:
6 cloves of red onion
4 cloves garlic
3 large red peppers
4 red chili peppers
4 cm turmeric
3 cm ginger
3 pieces of candlenuts
How To Make:
- Heat a skillet and pour vegetable oil. Saute the spices smooth and stir until blended.
- Enter the leaves of turmeric, lime leaves, and bay leaf. Saute again until fragrant.
- Enter the chicken. Stir until the chicken and spice mixed well.
- Pour water while stirring occasionally for all the seasoning to dissolve.
- When it begins to boil, add salt, granulated sugar, and chicken stock powder. Mix well. Cook until the chicken is tender and undercooked.
- Add sliced tomato, spring onion, and basil leaves. Cook to boil again. Lift.
- Ready to be served.
You can add chili peppers as many as you wish.
