Food Recipes : Sate Madura -- Sate Madura is a Indonesian Satay that
has a distinctive spice Madura. Sate Madura is usually made from chicken. Some
people called Sate Madura as Sate Bumbu Kacang (Satay with Peanut Sauce). Sate
Madura is one of Indonesian most loved food. Try this simple recipe and find
yourself a happiness from Madura.
Ingredients:
250 grams chicken breast
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
fried onion, sufficiently
red onion (thinly sliced), sufficiently
Bird’s eye chilli pepper (sliced), sufficiently
Peanut Sauce:
100 grams of peanuts (fried)
2-3 pieces of garlic
2 pieces of red onion
3 pieces of pecans (roasted)
1/2 tsp pepper powder
150 ml of water (to the extent of its
consistency fitting)
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt (to taste)
3 tablespoons oil / to taste (for
sauteing)
How To Make:
- Wash chicken thoroughly, cut into dice. Spread the chicken with lime and salt. Poke chicken on a skewer.
- Puree all spice ingredients (mashed the ingredients using pulverized, add water or can be blended for smoother texture). Saute the spices with oil while stirring until thickened. Turn off the fire.
- Take 3 tablespoons of spice, add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tbsp of water as dyed ingredients before being burned. Allow for at least 20 minutes for the spices to soak. (Can also be stored overnight in the refrigerator to be more pervasive)
- Baked sate until browned.
- Lift, serve chicken satay with peanut sauce and complementary ingredients.
