Food Recipes : Sauteed Chinese Cabbage -- Sauteed Chinese Cabbage is a common dish in Indonesian. It's really simple to make and the taste is divine, yet healthy.

Ingredients:

1 piece of Chinese cabbage cut into pieces
Vegetable oil for sauteing
6 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
4 cloves of onion, thinly sliced
7 pieces of cayenne pepper, thinly slice
Salt sufficiently
Sugar sufficiently
Powdered chicken broth sufficiently

How to make


  1. Heat the oil, saute onion and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Enter the cayenne pepper and Chinese cabbage. Stir well.
  3. Add salt, sugar and powdered chicken broth to taste.
  4. Cook for about 10 minutes until the mustard greens wither and ripen and the spices soak.
  5. Lift and put in a bowl. Serve.


You can be creative with this Sauteed Chinese cabbage recipe by adding ingredients or seasoning according to your taste, for example, you can change the meatballs with sausage, chicken, beef, or even seafood. You also can put sliced carrot or cucumber, and change the oil with butter for more savoury taste. If you love spicy, you can add more chilli pepper.
