Food Recipes : Rujak Buah -- Rujak Buah, Indonesian Fruit Salad has a
delicious taste, spicy, sweet and fresh. Rujak Fruit most suitable to be
enjoyed during the day or on the hot weather. In general, fruits are often used
to make fruit salad among others are ambarella, jicama, papaya, pineapple, water
apple and cucumber. But you can also put any fruit that you like which had a
crunchy texture.
Ingredients:
Ambarella fruit 3 pieces
Jicama 2 pieces
Papaya, 1/4 of the whole fruit
Pineapple 1 piece
Water apple 10 pieces
Cucumber 2 pieces
Peanut Sauce Ingredients:
5 pieces of Bird’s Eye Chilli pepper.
3 tablespoons Fried Peanut. Chopped Rough.
100 gr Red Sugar.
2 tbsp of Java Acidic Water.
Salt sufficiently
How To Make:
Cut all the fruits into pieces.
Crush Bird’s Eye Chilli pepper, salt, brown
sugar, and water tamarind until smooth. Add the peanuts, then snap back flat.
After that serve pieces of fruit with peanut
sauce that had been on the scratch earlier or it could be with a separate
container.
