Food Recipes : Ayam Nasu Palekko -- South Sulawesi has delicious Ayam Nasu Palekko. It tastes spicy, savory, and slightly sour. In order for the seasoning to absorb, the chicken should be cut into small pieces. After that, then the chicken is cooked with spices until cooked. In Makassar itself, this dish can also be made from duck.

Ingredients:
1/2 kg Chicken, cut into small pieces
50 ml Condensed water
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
1 cm Galangal, crushing
3 bay leaves
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar red comb
1 tsp pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon Powdered broth
3 tbsp Oil, for sauteing

Ground spices:
5 Garlic cloves
10 Onions
30 grains of cayenne pepper

How To Make:

  1. In the container, enter the chicken and condensed water. Sprinkle and knead all over the chicken. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil. Saute the finer spices until fragrant.
  3. Enter the chicken as well as acid water. Stir well.
  4. Enter lemongrass, galangal, bay leaves, salt, brown sugar, pepper powder, and powdered broth. Mix well and continue cooking until the water shrinks and the chicken is cooked. Stir occasionally and correct the taste. Lift.
  5. Ready to be served.
