Food Recipes : Ayam Woku



Food Recipes : Ayam Woku -- This North Sulawesi dish uses a lot of spices. Starting from the leaves of oranges, basil leaves, bay leaves, to the leaves of turmeric. The dish is suitable for spicy fans because the flavor is quite a bite.

Ingredients:
1 Chicken Town, cut into small pieces
5 basil leaf stems
5 orange leaves
1 sheets of young turmeric
4 bay leaves
2 spring onions
1 red tomato
1 teaspoon chicken broth
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp cooking oil for sauteing
400 ml of water

Ground spices:
6 cloves of red onion
4 cloves garlic
3 large red peppers
4 red chili peppers
4 cm turmeric
3 cm ginger
3 pieces of candlenuts

How To Make:

  1. Heat a skillet and pour vegetable oil. Saute the spices smooth and stir until blended.
  2. Enter the leaves of turmeric, lime leaves, and bay leaf. Saute again until fragrant.
  3. Enter the chicken. Stir until the chicken and spice mixed well.
  4. Pour water while stirring occasionally for all the seasoning to dissolve.
  5. When it begins to boil, add salt, granulated sugar, and chicken stock powder. Mix well. Cook until the chicken is tender and undercooked.
  6. Add sliced tomato, spring onion, and basil leaves. Cook to boil again. Lift.
  7. Ready to be served.


You can add chili peppers as many as you wish.
