Food Recipes : Pecel Lele -- A catfish dish that has the name of origin Pecak Lele is processed by frying crisp and is a food from East Java. The key to the delicacy in this dish is actually located on the served sauce, as well as the fried catfish catfish. Ingredients:
10 medium size catfish

Marinade spices:
1 tbsp coriander, puree
5 cloves of garlic, puree

2 tbsp lemon juice

Sambal (fried):
7 pieces of curly red chilli
10 pieces of cayenne pepper
2 tomatoes

Complementary:
60 grams of cucumber, cut into pieces
50 grams of basil leaves
2 tomatoes, cut into pieces

How to make

  1. Clean catfish, stir along with marinade, let stand for 15 minutes.
  2. Fry catfish in many oils with medium heat until cooked and dry. Lift, drain.
  3. Sambal: ground the ingredients that have been fried, give the juice of lime juice and salt. 
  4. Serve with fried catfish and complementary vegetables.
