Food Recipes : Ikan Bakar Colo Colo Ambon -- Sambal colo-colo is a spicy sauce from Ambon, Maluku. Ingredients
1 fish, grilled
12 cayenne chillies, sliced ​​roughly
4 Tomatoes, cut into pieces
8 cloves of Onion, sliced ​​roughly
Liquid butter or cooking oil sufficiently
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
50 ml of white water

How to cook
  1. Combine all prepared ingredients (cayenne, tomato, onion, sugar, oil and salt) and mix well.
  2. add water with lemon juice and stir until blended. If you like, you can add 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce. Customize to your taste and your family.
  3. Serve sambal colo-colo with grilled fish that is still warm.
