This recipe is so simple and everyone
could enjoy this tasty dish. It really match to eat with rice.
Ingredients
2 bunch of water spinach
100 gr of small peeled shrimp (optional)
3 cloves of garlic
4 thin red onion slices
½ tomato cut long (optional)
2 pieces of red chili cut into oblique
4 tbs water
3 tbs oil
½ tsp sugar
Salt sufficiently
How to make
- Saute garlic and shallots until fragrant comes
- Add the shrimp and cook until it changes color
- Add chili
- Put the water spinach, sugar, salt and water to taste.
- Add the tomatoes and cook over a large flame for 1 minute until wilted.
- Lift and serve.
